This is a custom made shadow box requested by a customer to display items at a trade show.  It is made to sit on a table at a 15 degree angle to better display the items. This picture shows it sitting at a 15 degree angle.

This box is made using 3/4" thick pine for the frame and stained colonial maple.

It has a glass door with a plywood removable back.

It has a brass plated endless hinge and a brass hasp.

It has a removable plywood back, covered with Navy Blue Felt.. (Colors in stock)  Back is held in place with wood screws.

It has four holes in the back to keep the 15 degree support in place.  The four holes makes it possible to place the 15 degree support on either end this allows you to have the option of the door opening from the bottom or the top.

This view show the display box a 15 degree angle with the door partially open.

This is an end view giving a much better view of the 15 degree angle. It also shows the removable support holding it at the 15 degree angle.

This is a back view showing the support in position holding the display case at 15 degree angle.

This support is easily removed when the case is not being used.

The two sides are hinged to allow them to lay flat when not in use.

There is a pin in each side, shown in the view to the right, that fits in the two holes in the bottom of the display case.

It also shows the pin that fits in the bottom of the display case.

This view is to show that this display case can also be used  to hang on the wall.

The only modification would be to add key hole slots instead of just round holes.
