WOOD MINIATURES

Most orders over $25.00 will be shipped Priority Mail with the U.S. Postal Service.  You can normally expect 5 days for shipping miniature orders.

Orders under $25.00 may be shipped 1st class mail.

In order to maintain costs, custom shadow boxes, due to weight, will be shipped FedEx ground. You can expect  a maximum of 4 working days for order to arrive once it has been shipped.  If possible avoid using P.O. box as a shipping address. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. box address, they must be shipped by the USPS service which is normally slower and much more expensive.  It is possible that a P.O. address may be charged an additional shipping charge.      

CUSTOM SHADOW BOXES

Due to the increase demand for my custom shadow boxes I have had to increase the time needed to ship your shadow box.  You can currently expect at least 30 days to fill your order.  Order will be shipped as soon as completed.  Normally these will be shipped FedEx Ground.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is received, with an approximate shipping date.  You will receive another e-mail the day it is shipped.

FEDEX ORDERS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.

1.  First call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and ask for claims.  Keep all packing material including box.  This is important as FedEx inspectors will want to inspect the method of packing.

2. Call Max Fields at 317-462-4964.  If the claim form has not been started, I will get it started.

3. I will inform you when you can expect replacement of the order.
